Seaside Naturals, Inc. manufactures and markets high quality all natural cleaning and personal care products, part of the home and beauty care market space. It is Seaside Naturals goal is to become a leading household brand for quality natural and organic home and personal care products. Seaside Naturals has been in operation since January of 2003, principally under the direction of Linda Zielski, the founder and Chief Visionary Officer. Linda wanted to raise her family with natural and organic products and created the world's first all natural first aid kit that integrated homeopathies, herbs, essential oils and natural products. The development of Seaside Naturals accelerated in June of 2004 with the asset purchase of a small manufacturing company from the State of Washington by the name of "Simple. Pure. Clean". In January of 2005, after establishing most of the current manufacturing and infrastructure processes, production and shipping became fully operational. Her husband David Zielski, currently the President and Chief Executive Officer, joined the Company full-time in August of 2005. Seaside Naturals manufactures and markets four distinct lines - with more on the way - of all-natural, non-toxic and eco-friendly cleaning and personal care products. By using high quality natural and organic ingredients and being able to control the processes and procedures used to make products by manufacturing them in house, we can decrease costs and increase our time to market for the finest products that result in improved customer satisfaction. Seaside Naturals has a passion for high quality, all natural, non-toxic products. The Company pays close attention to every ingredient used in its formulations to ensure each ingredient effectively serves its intended purpose while providing a pleasing aroma that is safe for people, animals, and the environment and adds value to the consumer's household. These advantages are core strengths of the Company. We also source locally as much as we can to cut down on the transportation costs of materials and finished goods and use the latest green technologies to reduce the energy requirements to manufacture the products, thus lowering each product's carbon footprint. Our social mission is to remain an active participant in promoting environmental enlightenment, via educational advocacy and financial donations to health and environmental causes and to create an overall positive impact on our planet for our children.
