Soap-Shield® Flowable Liquid Copper Fungicide
Controls powdery mildew, black spot and rust!
Soap-Shield Flowable Liquid Copper Fungicide controls diseases of a wide range of plants, including many vegetables, fruits and ornamentals. As with most fungicides, Soap-Shield acts to protect plants from infection.
Fixed copper is one of the oldest fungicide and bactericides used to control a wide range of plant diseases. Soap-Shield is a patented, fixed copper fungicide made by combining a soluble copper fertilizer with a naturally occurring fatty acid. The copper and the fatty acid combine to form a copper salt of the fatty acid known technically as a true soap. The copper soap fungicide controls many common diseases using low concentrations of copper, down as low as 90 ppm. The net result is an excellent vegetable, fruit and ornamental fungicide. Soap-Shield decomposes to form soluble copper and fatty acid, both of which can be used by microbes and plants. Soap-Shield is suited for use in domestic circumstances, both indoors and outdoors.
For a wide range of plant diseases such as powdery mildew, rusts, blackspot, leaf and fruit spot, downy mildew, fruit rot and late blight. When using Soap-Shield, it is important to identify the type of disease in order to use the best method of disease control.
Flowers Alive! TM for Perennials
Slow-release nutrients ensure a long season of gorgeous bloom
Only from Gardens Alive! Do your zinnias, begonias and other annuals wear out long before the end of the season? Did your perennials bloom better in years past? If so, your plants could be starved for nutrients. It's time to try our Flowers Alive! fertilizers, made from all-natural plant and animal by-products.
Flowers Alive! formulations slowly release nutrients to keep flowers blooming longer. And because plants are stronger, they are better able to ward off diseases and insects, as well as beat stress from heat and drought. Selected nutrients encourage bigger blossoms (and more of them!) without excessive stem and leaf growth.
Tailored to meet perennials' particular nutrients needs, with both immediately available and slow-release nutrients to help replenish soil and ensure a long season of blooms. Yearly applications will keep your perennial plants healthy and enhance the size and number of flowers they produce.
